Scafo is the new red wine from the talented producer Davide Xodo. Made with carbonic maceration and without added sulphites, Scafo is a very fruity, juicy red wine with good acidity. This is great as an everyday red wine. Alcohol is moderate but it is still a round, medium-bodied wine.
