And the weight saving is considerable since you can use most energy in the lithium ion battery, which will not affect the lithium ion battery much. The high quality BMS allows 80A max. continuous discharge. It monitors and optimizes each cell within the 12V lithium battery. And the 12V rechargeable battery is therefore maintenance free. Just charge your LiFePO4 battery and you are good to go. Also, the low self-discharge rate allows this LiFePO4 battery to be left standing for a longer period. With a long lifespan up to 2,000 rounds, this 12V lithium battery is engineered to operate several times longer than a lead-acid battery and thus offers better value in the long run.
