Bright and fresh cherry, plums and red currants framed by silky smoked tobacco characters. The sweet spice and earthiness is exceptionally balance with fine-grained, toasty tannin. An intricately well-crafted wine that will develop beautifully with patience.

Our 2018 Limited Release Shiraz would pair perfectly with a dry-aged tomahawk steak with crispy hassle back potatoes, green beans and a red wine jus.
