Pale lime green in appearance with a bouquet of intense lemon and lime citrus. This wine displays fresh, lifted, citrus characters, a light palate, and crisp, zesty acids. flavoured dishes.

This wine is drinking very well as a young wine but as with all Hunter Valley Semillons will continue to develop with further cellaring.

This 2022 Estate Semillon is the perfect match for seafood or any delicately flavoured dishes. Enjoy alongside kingfish ceviche with avocado, cucumber and lime.
