Brilliant Diamond Core Drills

Vacuum brazed, self lubricating, wax filled diamond core drills.

Usage
Suitable for drilling tiles, ceramics, vitrified products, porcelain, natural and composite / engineered stone, monocottura, fibreglass, graphite, carbon fibre, FRP's, and other highly abrasive materials. The wax filled core lubricates the cutting edge allowing dry, water free, drilling.

Guidelines

  • Apply spinning core drill to workpiece at an angle so that only the edge is engaged.
  • As a small groove begins to form gradually move the drill until the saw is flat and fully engaged with the workpiece.
  • Alternatively position the saw using a Bordo adjustable drilling template andcommence drilling with the saw flat against the workpiece.

IMPORTANT
Drilling using Bordo Brilliant Diamond Core Drills can be done dry however the use of water cooling may extend tool life.

Water and electricity are a dangerous combination always maintain a safe working environment.
