Aromas and flavours waver between red fruits of raspberry, watermelon, pomegranate and ripe strawberry and complexing flavours of spiced citrus rind, blood orange, sweet herbs and lavender.

The palate is rounded and full in the mouth with refreshing minerality. Low alcohol, soft acidity and low tannin makes this wine a perfect candidate for slightly chilled summer drinking.

This wine pairs well with beef and venison.
