ELECTROLYTE HYDRATION & ENERGY COMPLEX - Endura Performance Hydration is a scientifically formulated electrolyte/ hydration complex that rapidly replaces fluid and essential electrolytes lost during exercise, while improving stamina, endurance and performance. Electrolyte and fluid loss can result in dehydration and electrolyte imbalances, potentially affecting exercise capacity and performance.

ENHANCES ENERGY & ENDURANCE - Endura Performance Hydration is a 6% carbohydrate formula, providing 20g of carbs per dose as recommended to help maintain glycogen levels during intense exercise or exercise lasting longer than 1 hour. The dual carb sources (fructose and maltodextrin) improve carbohydrate absorption and fluid uptake, and are also absorbed at different rates to provide both rapid and enduring energy.

SUPPORTS MUSCLE PERFORMANCE - Endura Performance Hydration contains the exclusive and easily absorbed Meta Mag(R) Magnesium. Magnesium is an essential mineral for athletes to reduce the occurrence of muscle cramps, relieve mild muscle spasms and relieve muscle aches/pain. Instructions DIRECTIONS:Adults:
In preparation for exercise/magnesium and carbohydrate loading (Hypertonic):
Take 1 level scoop (25g) with 200 mL of water. Drink one dose three times per day, 2 to 3 days before an event to maximise muscle magnesium and endurance.

Before exercise (Isotonic):
Take 1 level scoop (25g) with 350mL of water. Drink one to two doses 30 minutes before exercise.

For endurance, stamina and performance (Isotonic):
Take 1 level scoop (25g) with 350mL of water. Drink one dose every hour of exercise.

For rehydration (Isotonic):
Take 1 level scoop (25g) with 350mL of water. Drink one dose every 20 minutes of exercise.

For everyday hydration and physical work demands:
(Isotonic) - Take 1 level scoop (25g) with 350mL of water.
(Hypotonic) - Take 1 level scoop (25g) with 600mL of water.
