Fix Food Preparation Stand Cutting Board is designed ;to stabilise food, bowls, cans or jars to assist with meal preparation. ;

With the Fix Food Preparation board, tasks such as grating, cutting, whisking and peeling can be carried out even with weak hands or one hand function.

Larger food items, bowls, containers, cartons etc are held with a movable clamp and two support pegs. ;

A series of upright metal spikes on the opposite side of the board secure food during peeling and cutting. ;This can be removed and also placed with the spikes pointing downwards to obtain a flat surface.

The Board stands on four pads of anti-skid material or can be fitted with suction pads for extra grip when required. ;The jaws hold a bowl, grater or piece of food in place.
