How to use:

• Soak skin in shower or bath with warm water to open up pores.
• Wet mitt in warm water and squeeze off excess water.
• Scrub your skin in upward and downward strokes until you see dead skin cells roll off
• When finished, simply rinse your skin in water.
• Rinse your mitt and store in clean dry place to air dry.
• It is recommended to use your exfoliating mitt 1 - 2 times per week.
