Exotronic 200W Portable Folding Solar Panel - No Controller

Exotronic Foldable 200W Portable Solar Solution

When camping, parking under shade, or need access to free power to charge your battery, Exotronic has you covered with a strong but small form-factor foldable glass solar panel solution. The 200W briefcase is made up from two 100W solar modules using Trina half-cut 23% PERC monocrystalline solar cells with 9-wire busbars to maximise module efficiency.

Easy Setup and TransportWeighing only 11.2kg, this panel can be manoeuvred with minimal effort.

These modules include bumpers on the corners and fold-away legs,

Shade ResistantEach folded section is wired independently, so if one side is shaded the other side will still operate.

Premium Cable SetAlso included is an array of premium quality cables to suit any situation:

  • 5m 4mm2 PV1-F heavy duty tinned copper (marine) MC4 to 50A grey Anderson cable between the solar panel and solar charge controller (this can be connected directly to your existing DC-DC charger solar input or solar controller) - do not connect the panel directly to a battery without a controller
  • 2x 50A grey Anderson tails, to connect to your existing MPPT or PWM solar controller
  • Alligator to 50A grey Anderson with 30A fuse (this can be used to jump start a lithium battery BMS or charge a starter battery when needed)

Protective Canvas Bag IncludedThe included padded canvas bag helps protect the solar module from scratches when stored away and includes a carry handle and pocket to store the cables and controller when not in use.

High-Efficiency Solar PowerUsing 23% efficient Trina monocrystalline passivated emitter rear contact (mono-PERC) square cut cells and the latest 9-wire bus-bar low-loss design, these panels achieve a high efficiency with a positive power tolerance.

PERC cells provide better performance in low light applications compared to traditional monocrystalline silicone designs as some of the light that passes through the cell is bounced back and converted into electricity.

The 9-wire busbar decreases the resistance of the module and carries current evenly over the whole surface of the cells to ensure that all there are minimal power losses within the module and significantly reduces uneven cell heating and hot spots.
