Pale gold with bright green tints. Rich, complex aromas of lemon rind, jasmine, honeysuckle, crème brulee, woodsmoke & grilled nuts. Depth and complexity garnered from fermentation of beautifully ripe fruit in new French oak. Vivid, pristine fruits of preserved lemon, kiwi and mandarin meld into woodsmoke char, roasted hazelnuts and crème caramel richness. A ripe and rich salted lime acid line adds further complexity whilst focusing and refreshing the finish. Semillon as a variety is well suited to ageing, which combined with the new oak component means this wine will continue to evolve over the next 10 years.

Food Pairing: Drink with porcini mushroom risotto topped with shaved truffle.
