Our second release in the Warehouse Collection, Warehouse 2 Batch.002 was matured in a combination of 1st fill ex-American Rye barrels and 1st fill ex-bourbon barrels. Since 2009, the casks rested in Warehouse 2, gathering character and flavour before being bottled in 2021.

Tasting Notes:

Colour: The natural colour of amber gold.

Taste: Sweet honey, sugared almonds and soft spices married with tropical fruit notes and sweet vanilla.

Finish: Layers of tropical and citrus fruits, sweet cassia bark, moist ginger cake, warming maple syrup and roasted Arabica coffee.
