WOOD AND COLOUR COMBINATION FOR A BEAUTIFUL EFFECT Figueres is a nice bistro style garden set. The table top, the backrest and the seat of the chairs are painted. This brings a touch of originality to the garden furniture. Made of acacia wood, its style is timeless. It is composed of a square table and two folding chairs and is therefore suitable for small spaces. Sturdy, yet light, it is easy to handle and store.

READY TO USE SET Acacia is a hardwood suitable for outdoor use. The wood for the Figueres garden furniture comes from Vietnam. In order to be used immediately, the Figueres is coated with an oil that protects it.

MAINTENANCE DETAILS This set is finished with a tinted oil at the time of manufacture. The impregnation of the oil varies according to the wood species. A small residue may remain. Be sure to remove it with a cloth before the first use. You don't need to apply oil to your new garden element, you can wait until the end of summer. Acacia is a living material. Therefore, its aspect changes with time and some splits appear. This is normal and it is what makes the authentic charm so appreciated by hardwood. Although robust and weather-resistant, Acacia requires a little care to prolong its life. On a daily basis, remove leaves, standing water and dust. Wash stains and food residues with soapy water and a sponge. If your structure is very dirty, you can use a small hard brush.

In the spring and late summer, clean your outdoor furniture thoroughly and let it dry. Once the woodwork is completely dry, apply a thin coat of oil. Make sure it doesn't rain for 24 hours after applying the oil.

If your acacia garden furniture has been exposed to a lot of rain, you may notice that the surface fibres have swollen a little and that the whole thing feels rougher. To remedy this, lightly sand the surface with fine sandpaper until it feels smooth. Once you've finished sanding, apply a coat of oil to restore the colour of the set.

The oil coat is what keeps the furniture from staining and what allows it to withstand pollution and mildew. If you choose to let your acacia furniture age, without applying oil twice a year, it will turn a nice silver colour. However, it will no longer be protected.

PRECAUTIONS - It is important to store your acacia garden furniture in winter. Store it in a cool and airy place, away from humidity. If you protect it with a cover, prefer polyester covers to PVC ones.

- Do not leave a wet sponge on the tabletop for too long, it makes it rough to the touch.
