The "Active Series" Compatible with ATA PTX4 SecuraCode® code hopping technology generates a new random code from over 4.29 billion possibilities with each use of a transmitter. This ensures that with such odds only your transmitters will ever open your gate or door, and that once a code is used it cannot be reused by “code grabbing” devices for unauthorised entry.|

The "Active" Series of remote controls also feature a 23A 12V battery, allowing the range of the remote to be extended. Also available is a sun visor mounting kit, which allows you to fix the remote control to a sun visor in your vehicle.

Compatibility

The ATA PTX4 remote control suits all SecuraCode motors made by ATA. Please note that this remote control is not compatible with motors using PTX5 / PTX5v2 remote controls (TrioCode technology).
