Certified organic and biodynamic. Brilliant very pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Lifted ripe pear, red apple and subtle honeysuckle scents intermingle with hints of quince. Freshly sliced pear and green apple flavours have a racy feel across the palate with infusions of lime, fresh herbs and wet stone lying underneath. Finishes dry, crisp and crunchy.

This wine pairs with an assortment of dishes including seafood, creamy cheese styles, vegetarian and pasta.
