GFG Focal Reducer - Canon EF EF-S Lens to Micro 4/3 Mount Camera M43 Speed Booster

This focal reducer allows you to mount Canon EF EF-S lenses on Micro 4/3 mount cameras. The optical component is designed for using full-frame and APS-C Canon lenses on Micro 4/3 mount sensors, providing a reduction in crop factor and a boost in lens speed.

The optical effect is achieved by magnifying the image by a factor of 1.5x. This reduces the effective focal length of the lens by a factor of 0.72x and increases the lens speed by approximately 1 stop.

The adapter includes a built in aperture with a stepless aperture dial for controlling the amount of light reaching the sensor. This is essential when using EF EF-S lenses that do not have a manual aperture dial. The adapter is precision-engineered to ensure infinity focus and is made primarily out of metal.

***This adapter utilises a large opening to minimise vignetting but vignetting may occur when using the built in aperture with wide angle lenses.

This is a physical lens adapter only. All electronic lens control functions through your camera will not work, including aperture and auto-focus, and you will be required to operate all lens functions manually.
