Ginger Essential Oil 10ml

The spicy scent of ginger essential oil is a wonderful addition to a massage oil to apply to areas where you have aches and pains.

To Use:
Massage: Combine 6 drops of essential oil with 10 drops of carrier oil and massage into effected area. Blend 4 drops ginger with 2 drops peppermint for an effective digestive massage.

Diffuser: Add 4-5 drops of essential oil to your diffuser.

Compress: Add 2 drops of essential oil combined with a carrier oil a bowl of water (either warm, or cool). Soak a wash cloth in the solution and apply to the effected area for 30minutes.

Bath: Combine 2-3 drops of essential oil with a carrier oil and add to a warm bath to help soothe the body & calm an upset tummy.
