AROMA Plums, raspberries, blueberry with some delicate wisteria hints.
PALATE Very easy to drink, with vibrant acidity; fleshy and juicy.
FOOD MATCHING Fresh curd cheeses, charcuterie, blanchemanger, risotti.
VINIFICATION The fermentation lasts some 10-15 days according to the vintage with daily pumping over of the wine mass with delestages at half of the period (fermentation in stainless steel tanks).

Deep red-purple, bright and bold, the bouquet sweet cherry-like and very spicy, with a Campari-like overtone. A kiss of oak sets it off with star-anise overtones. Good intensity of bright spicy fruit character, the tannins soft and balanced for immediate enjoyment. A nice core of fruit sweetness. A very smart young red.
