The Glasgow Boys revolutionized Scottish painting in the years at the turn of the 20th century. The Impressionists, post- Impressionists, Japanese, and Dutch artists, influenced their fresh, realist views. The Glasgow Boys are the subject of an exhibition at Kelvingrove Art Gallery through summer 2010, and then at the Royal Academy, London until January 2011.
