GLEN SCOTIA DOUBLE CASK WHISKY 0% 700ML

A sibling to the ever-popular Glen Scotia Double Cask, and the first of a series that will showcase the quality and versatility of Glen Scotia's no-aged-statement Single Malts. The spirit is matured in first fill bourbon barrels, but with an alternative finish in Guyanese Demerara rum barrels for a minimum of eight months.

Cooked sugar, molasses and tropical fruit notes including coconut, banana, and sweet peach. Signature distillery qualities of rich oils, sea spray, and ripe fruits and spice.

TASTING NOTES
NOS:
Seaspray coats brown sugar, charred pineapple, and cinnamon.

TASTE
Thick molasses is joined by other notes you'd expect from a combo of bourbon and rum casks like desiccated coconut, banana, vanilla, nutmeg, and stone fruits.

FINISH
More of those maritime notes and aromatic spice.
