This glorious rich mahogany malt has been matured for over nine years in American Oak Barrels. The additional maturation in richly seasoned Pedro Ximénez puncheons adds layers of complexity, resulting in a sweeter, fruitier flavour experience.

Bottled at 48%, with no added colouring and unchilfiltered for flavour.

Tasting Notes:

Colour: Rich Mahogany.

Nose: Waves of dark chocolate, plantains and sultanas, with pineapple and nutmeg.

Taste: Dark chocolate, treacle and heather honey, fused with sultanas, pineapple, orange peel and cinnamon.
