This expression is the Triple Wood Edition from Glenturret, bottled in 2014. This wonderfully rich and creamy Single Malt was matured in the best American and European sherry oak and ex-bourbon casks hand selected by the Glenturrets Master of Whisky Neil K. Cameron.

Nose: The nose offers dried fruit, vanilla, caramel and nuts.

Taste: It is nicely creamy and spicy on the palate. Pepper, ginger and some liquorice. An unexpected salty touch, albeit all the way in the back.

Finish: The finish is sweet, spicy and medium long.
