A balanced palate follows, with flavours of raspberry, sour cherry and plum followed by savoury and spice characteristics. Complemented by fine tannins, this wine can be enjoyed now or stored carefully for up to 8 years. Dense and complex, a palate of dark plum and cherry balanced with savoury black olive. A fine tannin structure gives the wine great persistence and length.Dark plum and fresh tobacco leaf with subtle floral notes, hints of rose petal.
