Harmony U-Dream:
Traditionally used in Chinese And European herbal practice to support sleep. Harmony U Dream contains Zizyphus traditionally used in Chinese practice to support sleep. Taken at night, Harmony U Dream also contains Hops which is traditionally used in Western and European herbal practice to calm and settle restlessness.
Directions:
One tablet in the evening, 30 minutes before retiring for sleep.
