The wine is pale blush, with aromas of raspberries, blossom, pink musk and grapefruit. The palate is refreshingly dry with red currant, a gorgeous hint of citrus and a lovely balance of acidity, followed with flavoursome, yet savoury finish.

This wine goes well with pork, shellfish, spicy food, lean fish, appetizers and snacks.
