The v4.0 Storm Complete Scooter is Havoc's entry level model aimed at the younger beginner to intermediate level rider!

The new v4.0 Havoc Storm is better than every!! Fully integrated Head tube, fully sealed bearings, forged steel fork, new flex brake design, 110mm wheels BUT WILL HOLD UPTO 120MM WHEELS.

This complete scooter comes almost completely pre built, you only have to slide the handlebars onto the fork and tighten the clamp. All you have to do is take it out of the box, strap on your helmet and you are ready to go!
