Hope Brewery Single Hop RIPA is part of the Hope Brewery Single Hop Series that’s set up to experiment with the challenge of using only one type of hops and one malt in each batch. For the 4th release in the series, Hope Brewery brewed a 7% single hop fruity Red India Pale Ale, that features the new experimental HBC 472 hop from US producer Yakima Chief Hops and boasts big citrus, fruity and floral aromas, with earthy and herbal flavours, creating a perfectly balanced and delicious RIPA with a satisfying bitterness.
