Husk Distillers Pure Cane is our award winning unaged agricole. 100% hand cut sugar cane grown at Husk Farm Distillery is crushed, fermented & double pot distilled to create a beautifully clean, smooth and vibrant unaged agricole. Pure Cane is how all our rums start, and reflects the provenance of our region. On the label you will notice the sugar cane varieties and harvest year listed, reflective of the seasonal nature of Pure Cane. Drink simply with lime & soda, on in cocktails (caipirinhas, ti punch, daiquiri, mojitos).
