The Gold medal winner at the 2016 Irish Whiskey Awards, Hyde No.3 is a pure grain (Corn and Barley), triple distilled Irish whiskey produced in small traditional 'Coffey Still' batches. Unblended in any way and non-cold filtered it is a very traditional dram by any measure. Aged for six years exclusively in jack Daniels Tennessee Whisky casks it has that caramel sweetness, smokiness and peppery spiciness that makes Old No.7 so popular balanced against the vanilla, and popcorn flavours a pure grain whiskey naturally develops. This is an Irish whiskey, Bourbon drinkers could grow to love.
