DirectionsMix a 35 gram scoop of Protein Yoghurt with 90mL of water. Recommended serving is 1-2 servings per day.

How to make Protein Yoghurt Dessert:

  • Place a 35 gram scoop of Protein Yoghurt into a bowl
  • Add 90 mL of cold water and stir until smooth and creamy like a dessert
