Dun Cana is the First Edition from an annual release of Hebridean Single Malt Scotch Whisky from The Isle of Raasay distillery. Dun Cana won Whisky of the Year at the 2024 London Spirits Competition. The Isle of Raasay distillery won Distillery of the Year 2024 at the same competition.
Dun Cana is a marriage of peated and unpeated spirits matured initially in American rye casks followed by a second maturation in Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso sherry quarter casks.

Nose: Rich dried fruit, sultanas, vanilla toffee and roasted nuts.

Taste: Peppery spice, dried sultanas and hints of vanilla.

Finish: Lingering salty chocolate and a light hint of aromatic wood smoke.
