They charcoal mellow all our whiskey drop by drop, before aging it in our own handcrafted American white oak barrels. They don't rely on calendars to tell us when our whiskey is ready. Only a sip from our tasters can tell us that. And when you take a sip, we think you ll appreciate why they do the things we do.

AROMA: Dry Spice, Hazelnuts and a touch of smoke.

TASTE: Spicy and aromatic, with hints of banana and dried fruit.

FINISH: Warming, peppery spice, toasted oak and caramel.
