Jack Daniels No. 27 Gold is crafted to the same uncompromising standards as Old No. 7, but twice charcoal mellowed for smoothness. It was matured in oak barrels and finished in maple barrels.

Nose: Popcorn, maple syrup, mild.

Taste: Absolutely mild, sugary sweetness, corn, honey.

Finish: Short, but with a nice sweetness, here for the first time a bit of oak, plus some popcorn and something nutty.
