As every Harry Potter fan knows, 'Fantastic Beasts' is JK Rowling's 2001 spin-off/prequel to the HP books set some 70 years before the HP stories but in the same world. Now that book has been developed into a series of 3 upcoming films, starting in November 2016, and with scripts written by Rowling herself.
