Made from Australian-owned molasses and distilled in the beautiful Italian copper still Matilda, it's aged in 200L ex-bourbon barrels, and available in single cask or small batch blends.

Cut to perfection, these rums rival fine whiskies and brandies, proving "what rum can be." These sipping rums are smooth and full-bodied, with a rich, caramel flavor profile that lingers on the palate, leaving hints of vanilla and oak.
