Lagavulin 18 Year Old released for the Islay Festival, Feis Ile 2013. This bottling from Lagavulin was distilled in 1995, matured for 18 years in European oak Sherry butts and bottled at cask strength in 2013. The whisky was personally selected by Iain McArthur.
Only 3,000 bottles released.

Nose: Warm and embracing, maritime notes and vanilla, some smoke.

Taste: Bacon and smoke, some leather, BBQ on the beach with a breeze from the sea with sweet notes. Well balanced.

Finish: Medium to long, warm and smoky.
