Detailed Instructions for Successful Sprouting:

Soak your chosen seeds (specifically meant for sprouting) in water.

Remove any non-viable seeds and evenly spread the good seeds on the grid tray.

Add water to the bottom tray to moisten seeds (not submerging them) and change water daily to avoid odor.

Cover with the lid to maintain humidity. Mist seeds 2-4 times daily until sprouts begin to grow.

Once sprouts reach 1cm, remove the lid and continue to spray water several times a day.

Place the sprouts in sunlight for a few hours before harvesting to enhance chlorophyll content.
