Lark Para 1992 Rare Cask Finish Whisky and Port Box Set

It was on a fine day exploring the Seppeltsfield archives our Head Distiller discovered 16 special tawny port casks, which then carefully made their way to Tasmania, to finish our famous Tasmanian peated Single Malt. Established in the Barossa in 1851, Seppeltsfield is a treasure trove of fortified wines with an exceptionally rich history. Synonymous with luxury for more than a century, it's an honour to commemorate Lark's 30th anniversary with this collaboration. This anniversary set includes 100ml bottle of Seppeltsfield 1992 Para Liqueur. 500ml + 100ml set.

TASTING NOTES

NOSE Hints of Lapsang Souchong, with berry custard and scorched nuts, followed by new leather and pipe tobacco.

PALATE Touches of smoke emerge, passing on to spicy blackcurrant crumble, heather honey and dark chocolate.

FINISH Rich earthy peat and toasted barley remain, with a long and sticky oak sweetness from the PARA 1992 casks. This Product is offered and supplied by PAUL'S LIQUOR STORE PTY.
