Bright intense Pinosity is on display with lifted aromas of black cherries, thyme, sassafras, fig brûlée kirsch, char and dark chocolate lead ahead of developing savoury elements of nutmeg, sarsaparilla and humus. The composed defined palate unfurls with red fruit flavours, sour cherry, raspberry, pomegranate overlaying stewed apple and rhubarb with cinnamon and an almond meal texture. The wine confidently pushes through the full length of the palate to an expansive lingering finish.
