Mac-Talla means 'Echo' in Scottish Gaelic and reflects the Morrison family connection to the island of Islay perfectly.

'Mara' meaning 'ocean' is a nod to the important place the coast and seas plays in many of the Islay single malts. Mac-Talla 'Mara' is a great example of the islands smoky & sea influenced style.

Tasting Notes:

COLOUR: Pale Straw

NOSE: Intense bonfire smoke with hints of citrus zest

PALATE: Smoked barbecue meat, charred oak and a long powerful finish. Intense and smoky.
