Mad Millie Plastic Cheese Press

The Mad Millie cheese press incorporates small perforations to assist in the pressing and shaping of hard cheeses, allowing them to dry and breathe as they develop and mature. Optimally shaped to hold the curds from 6 litres of milk, it will press a 2 litre mould of hard cheese. Made from food safe plastic and suitable for use in the dishwasher, now you can make your hard cheeses just as professional cheese-makers and serious cheese artisans do.
