MastaPlasta was invented by furniture designers Stephan and Donna in 2009. It is the first-ever self-adhesive repair patch for leather, vinyl and suede - a 'Band-Aid' that has given a second life to hundreds of thousands of items. The brand is frequently featured in the UK press.

Our product is made with love and care in the UK. Our non-toxic glue is second to none and our patches seldom fail even in the toughest environments – they recently withstood a 2,000-hour trial on the seats of construction equipment by a worldwide brand. They were also successfully used on the collars of military dogs in a research project after being the only product found to stay put.

These self-adhesive patches are available in a range of colours but are designed so they do not have to colour-match - the engineered super-thin edge helps give it a smooth finish so the patches look like embossed leather.

MastaPlastas are made from MastaHide, a premium alternative to real leather used in luxury yachts and jets and by animal-friendly fashion labels. It can handle hospital-strength cleaning agents but is as soft to the touch as the finest Italian leathers. It is also stain-resistant, sun-resistant, mould-resistant and breathable.

1. Ensure area is dry and dust-free.

2. Remove backing paper from MastaPlasta patch.

3. Press MastaPlasta patch firmly over damage.
