Maxxis Shorty 27.5x2.50" (650B) 60X2TPI Wide Trail DH/3C/TR Fold Downhill Tyre

The DH version of the Maxxis Shorty was an instant favourite of World Cup DH racers. The single-ply version offers trail riders the same traction in a much lighter package. All trail versions of the Shorty feature a Tubeless Ready casing and 3C MaxxTerra compound. EXO sidewall protection is available as an option for each size. Two casings vulcanized with butyl rubber and reinforced sidewalls make up Maxxis downhill casings, which are world renowned for performance and reliability. DH casings provide more stability at high speeds and allow for lower air pressure without the risk of pinch flatting.

The Shorty DH Tyre has a very aggressive tread with lots of mud shedding room between the knobs. This version provides even more protection on the tyre using the combination of 3C and DH casing whilst using Maxx Grip technology to make sure you have the grip when you need it.
