Mini Mexican Hat on Headband

This Mini Mexican Sombrero Hat is perfect for a lady who doesn't want to wear a full size sombrero for their Mexican costume or dress up event. The black feltex hat is edged with red braid and little pom poms. At the base of the hat is a row of embroidered coloured flowers. So festive! The hat sits on a covered black headband.
