Located in Greymouth on the West Coast, Monteith's Brewery is the original home of craft brewing in New Zealand and the brewery use sun-ripened New Zealand apples that have been crushed to retain the fruit's natural flavours in the cider. Serve it over ice at lunch with sweet French crepes or with a soft blue cheese, nutty Gouda with crackers and grapes.
