Tasting Notes

Bright, deep garnet. Intense, rich red and black fruits, overlayed with dried florals and spice. A layered, generous wine with bounds of aromatic florals and spice, luscious red and black fruits paired with finely structured tannins and mouthwatering acidity.

The 2017 Billi Billi Shiraz is sourced from a selection of premium cool climate vineyards throughout Victoria predominantly the Grampians including a portion from the Mount Langi Ghiran vineyards, home of the iconic Langi Shiraz. The 2017 vintage delivered ideal growing conditions with a long dry summer and cool nights.
