This delicious Japanese winter curl-leaved mustard is a favourite amongst many. Its round stalk grows wavy, crisp leaves with serrated edges and steadily intensifies its spiciness as it matures. It can be harvested at any stage - microgreens for salads and sandwiches, flowers for garnishing and seed pods to collect its sweetness. Furthermore, mature leaves are also great when pickled or cooked into dishes! So why not give this unique plant a try?

Sow in spring & autumn at 3mm deep, 25cm apart. Germination in 7-14 days at 20-24oC. Maturity in 55 days.
