It contains Iron Bisglycinate, a form of Iron which is gentle on the stomach and better-absorbed than some other forms of Iron. It also includes Vitamin B12, and Vitamin C to help increase absorption.

INGREDIENTS:Iron (as Iron (II) Glycinate) 24mg, Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) 50 micrograms, Vitamin C (as Sodium Ascorbate) 25mg.
Instructions DIRECTIONS:Adults: 1 tablet daily, or as directed by health professional.
