Instructions DIRECTIONS:Adults: 2 tablets daily with food or as prescribed by your healthcare professional.

Break, cut or crush the tablet prior to consuming if you have swallowing concerns. Swallow with a glass of water.

MenoEze Forte is best taken for at least 4-6 weeks. It is suggested that usage is maintained to support the relief of symptoms.

USAGE ADVICE:2 tablets daily with food.
