1982, MINOR PRELIMINARY SEMI-FINAL ROOSTERS 11 – 7 MAGPIES - In a textbook display of Finals football, the Roosters triumph against cross-town rivals the Western Suburbs Magpies, with a double to Terry Fahey and a Kevin Hastings field goal securing a memorable victory.

1996, ROUND 6 ROOSTERS 62 – 0 RABBITOHS - Facing archrivals the Rabbitohs, a merciless Roosters outfit piles on 11 tries and 62 unanswered points to rout their old enemies, recording the club’s biggest win of the modern era.

2000, PRELIMINARY FINAL ROOSTERS 26 – 20 KNIGHTS - Trailing the Knights with a Grand Final berth at stake, Brad Fittler intercepts an Andrew Johns pass and races away to score, turning the game on its head as the Roosters run out winners.

2002, PRELIMINARY FINAL ROOSTERS 16 – 12 BRONCOS - Finding themselves behind 12-8 at half time with several players injured, the Roosters hold the Broncos try-less in the second stanza and edge past their opponents on the scoreboard, marching on to the Grand Final.

2010, QUALIFYING FINAL ROOSTERS 19 – 15 TIGERS - In one of the greatest Finals in the club’s history, a last-gasp field goal from Braith Anasta sends the game into extra time, where Shaun Kenny-Dowall intercepts a loose pass and streaks away to send the Roosters into the Premiership decider.
